Subscription Duration: The annual subscription grants the client full access to all electronic menu features and related services for 12 months from the date of subscription activation.
Renewal: There is no automatic renewal for the annual subscription. The client will be contacted before the subscription period ends (usually 30 days prior) to remind them to renew their subscription. The client can manually pay the subscription fee to extend the subscription for an additional period.
Cancellation and Refund:
Once the subscription is confirmed and the client’s electronic menu site is being set up, no refunds will be issued.
The client may cancel the subscription at any time, but the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid annual period. The subscription will not be renewed automatically unless the client decides to do so.
Changes in Prices and Services: We reserve the right to modify the annual subscription prices or update our services at any time. Clients will be notified of any price changes in advance, and they have the right to decide whether to continue or cancel their subscription before the current period ends.
Support and Updates: The annual subscription includes continuous technical support and regular updates to ensure the best user experience.
Changes in Terms: If the annual subscription policy is amended, clients will be notified of any substantial changes.
